dang, what a bunch of morons. I have actually had employers search me on facebook/ myspace before. They told me afterwards, but since I don't post stupid drunken pictures of myself or say stuff I shouldn't I still got the job. Pretty crazy how fast you can go from being a top prospect to a no-call-back person just from a couple of quick clicks.

Not just moaning about a job or doing stupid stuff to food to get you prosecuted.
I often think about all these girls jumping around naked or in action with all kind of guys at sites as "I shot myself". People see this! Not just the unknown surfer on the other side of the planet, but also your baby brother, your grandmother, a potential employer. Isn't anyone emberrassed anymore?

Excellent post.

It does not take long to root around in Facebook or MySpace to find some ignorant yahoo trashing his company or family.

It makes no sense to me, when you think about the fact that there are potential employers and and current employers alike out there.

I had an applicant come in about three years ago and I was asked to look at his app. Just for fun I went to his MySpace site, which he actually included on the resume, and saw a hate list of the things he hated about his last three bosses, as well as one of his hobbies being "F**king off at work when the boss is not looking."

I will not even go into detail about one of the other resumes that I got that had some words written in "TXT" form.

It is all about lack of Common Sense and laziness.

Am with you- 8 is too much! She's insane of having 16 kids of 2 pregnancies. It's unethical. Where's her brain? She don't have a work, how she feed the babies? She will beg for somebody's help.
